

In addition, knowledge of all pay, attendance, benefit accrual, scheduling and leave practices for all union and non-union employees. Strong experience in MyTime/Kronos and Kronos Scheduling Kronos system a must. The focus will be on building the MyTime system through project planning with clear deliverables and execution.

In this role you will be creating detailed functional and technical design documents, test plans and test cases, user training documents and implementation documentation, as necessary. The ability to build relationships internally and interdepartmentally is required to gather requirements and build workflows. This role will work closely with the MyTime to support new and existing processes and systems initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for the configuration of MyTime pay policies and supporting all MyTime activities, including implementing and testing of system changes. This is a hybrid role that requires remote/onsite needs.
